childbirth education

I offer individualised childbirth education and postpartum preparation as a Registered Midwife in the comfort of your own home or via video over two 120 minute sessions.

what is childbirth education? 

The sessions cover movement in pregnancy to support labour, birth preparation and postpartum preparation and are tailored to you and your needs. I include a shortened version of the labour massage workshop as part of birth preparation education.

These sessions are designed to empower you and your chosen support person/people to feel prepared and well-resourced in your birth preferences and to embark upon postpartum life in your new family.

pregnant and don’t know where to start?

I offer a 60 minute antenatal models of care and nutrition education session via phone/video/in person to help you navigate the midwifery/obstetric healthcare system in Australia and support your nutrition during pregnancy. cost - $120
